Strickmich! Bowl
Neu im Strickmich! Shop: Ein Accessoire-Täschchen, das geöffnet zu einer Schale wird, in der du immer den Überblick über dein Strickzubehör hast. Die Strickmich! Bowl ist ein kleines Raumwunder: Vom Nadelspiel über das große Nadelmaß bis hin zum langen Bleistift passt alles hinein, was du zum Stricken brauchst. Die Bowl eignet sich sogar als kleine Projekttasche, z. B. für Socken.
Die Idee für das Täschchen hatte ich selbst – aber wie sie genau genäht und ausgearbeitet werden sollte, habe ich den Profis bei Manomama in Augsburg überlassen: Dort werden auch unsere bunten Projektbeutel genäht, unter fairen Arbeitsbedingungen und mit Bio-Baumwolle. Beides nicht selbstverständlich in der Textilbranche. Die Strickmich! Bowl besteht aus dicker, fester Bio-Baumwolle, die wassersparend in Tansania angebaut und in Nordrhein-Westfalen gewebt wurde. Die Schurwollfilz-Einlage stammt von Schafen aus dem Schwarzwald, und sogar der Reißverschluss ist made in Germany.

New in Strickmich! Shop: An accessory bag that opens up to a bowl in which it is easy to find your knitting tools. Strickmich! Bowl is quite voluminous, everything fits from your dpns to long pencils. The bowl is also suitable as a project bag for small projects, eg socks.
When I came up with the idea for this accessory bag, I had no clue how to sew it – so I asked the pros at Manomama in Augsburg, Bavaria to figure it out. It’s the company that has made our colorful project bags as well, under fair working conditions and with GOTS-certified organic cotton. Strickmich! Bowl is made out of sturdy organic cotton that’s grown in Tansania and woven in Northrine-Westphalia. The wool felt inlay was grown by sheep in the Black forest, and the zippers are also made in Germany.
