Feldmark
Einfach, aber effektvoll: „Feldmark“ heißt dieses Tuch, weil es an die Streifen frisch abgeernteter Felder erinnert. Aus einem Garn mit Farbverlauf wird es besonders schön! Gestrickt wird kraus-rechts, einfach immer hin und her. Alles natürlich komplett nahtlos! Das Garn (Schoppel Edition 3, Farbe „Taupunkt“) und die Anleitung gibt es wie immer im Strickmich! Quadra Cowl
Faszinierend! Quadra Cowl ändert sein Aussehen, je nachdem, welchen Teil seiner doppellagigen Konstruktion du nach außen ziehst. Besonders spannend wird es, wenn du dafür ein Garn mit langen Farbverläufen (z. B. Edition 3 von Schoppel) oder Mini-Stränge benutzt. Quadra Cowl wird in Runden gestrickt, es gibt keine linken Maschen und nichts zu nähen. Alle entscheidenden Schritte werden ausführlich in den begleitenden Videos erklärt.

It’s a double-layered construction that looks especially cool in a self-striping yarn or with mini-skeins. Susanne Matthiessen grew up on Germany’s jet-set island Sylt in the 70s and 80s where her parents had a fur boutique – you can imagine how bizarre her childhood was! The parents were working all the time, doing everything they could to make the tourists feel comfortable, while the kids where free to roam about the beach. As their rooms were rented out to guests, many of Susanne’s friends had to sleep in a tent in their parents‘ gardens during summer… It’s a fun read and a great audiobook, and I hope it will be made available as an English translation at some point.
