Naiada
Simple, elegant lace in a surprising, long, slightly asymmetrical triangular shape: That’s Naiada! Knit with a warm DK weight yarn in a beautiful color it will look great under your winter coat or wrapped around your shoulders for extra warmth over a shirt or sweater. The colorway shown in the pictures is ”Neptun Dark“ (Wollmeise Merino DK), and it goes so well with the little waves of the allover lace pattern – you will be wearing your very private ocean! Also, the color looks very much like the dark turquoise clouds on planet Neptune. I named this shawl ”Naiada“ after Naiad, which is one of Neptune’s moons and, in Greek mythology, the name of the nymphs guarding wells and rivers.
You start at one corner of the triangle, adding wider and wider rows, thereby forming a long, slightly asymmetric triangle. The pattern will work at any gauge with any amount of yarn.
The lace pattern is very straightforward and easy to remember. You can work it using the (very simple) written instructions or the charts, whatever you prefer. It’s really smooth sailing on the lace ocean which is also doable for beginning lace knitters.
The pattern is available for download in my Ravelry Store and costs 3.60 Euros. Both the English and German language versions will be added to your Ravelry library, plus you receive an E-mail with the download links for both versions.
An Lace-Tücher habe ich mich bisher noch nicht herangewagt – das könnte sich jetzt ändern :-). Mit dem etwas dickeren Garn traue ich mich glaube ich eher und es geht dann ja auch schneller voran.

ein echt superschönes Tuch wieder mal. War grad bei der Wollmeise und hab mir Material dafür geholt. Aber keinen Neptun sondern ne Magnolie. Bin gespannt wie es wird.

dieses Tuch sieht wieder traumhaft aus. Es steht als nächstes auf meiner todo-list. Habe auch schon deine Viajante gestrickt, sie ist sehr schön geworden :)
Hab da noch mal eine Frage zu dem Wollmeisengarn. Leider ist es mir bis jetzt noch nicht gelungen etwas davon zu ergattern, schade. Aber ich bin berufstätig und da ist es nicht so einfach für mich rechtzeitig im Shop zu sein. Kennst du Alternativen, qualitativ ähnlich Wollmeise, auch handgefärbt, wo es einfacher ist Wolle zu bestellen? Wäre sehr dankbar für einen Tipp.

Das DK Garn ist eigentlich immer reichlich im Wollmeise-Laden vorhanden und sofort lieferbar!
Aber wie sieht es mit lace Garn in vergleichbarer Qualität aus? Wäre für einen Tipp sehr dankbar.
Das Garn ist gar kein Lacegarn, sondern ein DK-Garn (200m auf 100g), da findest Du sicher reichlich Möglichkeiten!

wieviel Garn braucht man für eine Tuch in der Größe, wie du es trägst und mit welcher Nadelstärke hast du es gestrickt?
