Terms & Conditions Online Survey Raffle

We (Strickmich! e.K.) are drawing the following prizes in this raffle:

The raffle is open to every person that has finished the Strickplaner 2021 survey until 31 of March 2021 and has entered their email address. Time of completion is recorded in the survey system. Each person may only participate once and it is not allowed to use different email addresses to increase the probability of winning.

The winners will be determined by random drawing among all participants. Winners will be notified within one week after closing the raffle. In case of non-delivery of the notification, we are not required to make further inquiries but instead may select a new winner. The same is true if we do not hear from a winner within one week after notification.

We reserve the right to cancel this promotion without notice and without providing reasons. This is especially true in case of events that make a regular continuation of the promotion impossible or unreasonable.

With your participation in the raffle you agree to the usage of your email. We collect, save and use your personal data only to conduct the drawing and deliver the prizes to you in case you win. No data will be given to others and you can withdraw your agreement at any time. We will delete your data afterwards.
